If you are looking for a single book to learn the basics of supersymmetry this is a good choice. It is well written and anyone with knowledge of graduate level QED should be able to follow it.
I used this book in parallel with Wess and Bagger's [[ASIN:0691025304 Supersymmetry and Supergravity]] several years back. The two books are structured very similarly; the biggest obvious difference between them is that Bailin and Love has "words" around the equations.
